From staring at Queens from the dirty old window of a fast moving train

I’d never spill my soup in the parking lot
But other people out there haven’t given much thought
To the burdens that they spit out on to the street
On to the people that they don’t meet
But they’re cruising back to Jersey in that red Ford Taurus when their soup isn’t tasting so sweet
